I got a chance to head back to the rural part of the state where I am from this weekend.

It is amazing to see so much cotton ready to be picked. It seemed like everyone planted cotton this year. Normally I would expect to see a bit of corn or soybeans or maybe even peanuts but this year cotton was everywhere!

I got a chance to take a few pictures of one of my favorite animals, the cow. It was also great to get away from the city lights for a bit, I was able to capture some really impressive skylines filled with stars.
